Initiated and provided intellectual and programmatic leadership for exhibitions of international contemporary art.

  • Collaborated with the regional community and college faculty and administration to introduce current topics in contemporary art and curatorial practices, organizing exhibitions, events and publications corresponding to the mission of the college. 

  • Commissioned projects and lectures by artists and curators Claire Fontaine, Matthew Higgs, Learning Site, Laura Lisbon, Dennis McNulty, Michael Mercil, Morgan Puett, Red76, Jon Rubin, Tercerunquinto, and Christian Tomaszewski, among others to provide students and faculty access to innovative arts practitioners. 

  • Wrote essays for catalogs, didactics, and web. 

  • Integrated program into local and international communities to build strong relationships and alliances with regional artists and institutions.
