Organized, managed, and couriered loans of art objects in the collections of the European Paintings, Nineteenth-Century, Modern and Contemporary Art departments while administering departmental activities and contributing research to the museum’s online education initiatives. 

  • Managed loans of art to worldwide exhibition venues. 

  • Served as courier accompanying loans to museums. 

  • Liaised with departmental curators and conservators to determine viability of loans. 

  • Worked with curators, conservators, and trustees to manage acquisitions of gifts and purchases. 

  • Coordinated with curators on deaccessions. 

  • Worked with registrar, curators, and counsel on loans from private collectors and public institutions.

  • Oversaw renovations of European Paintings galleries. 

  • Contributed scholarly essays to the museum’s Heilbrunn Timeline of Art History.
