Initiated and provided intellectual and programmatic leadership for exhibitions of international contemporary art.

  • Collaborated with regional community and college faculty and administration to introduce current topics in contemporary art and curatorial practices, organizing exhibitions, events and publications corresponding to the mission of the college.

  • Commissioned site-specific projects and lectures by artists and curators Claire Fontaine, Matthew Higgs, Learning Site, Laura Lisbon, Dennis McNulty, Michael Mercil, Morgan Puett, Red76, Jon Rubin, Tercerunquinto, and Christian Tomaszewski, among others to provide students and faculty access to innovative arts practitioners.

  • Wrote texts for exhibition catalogs, gallery didactics and online communication platforms.

  • Integrated program into regional and international communities to build partnerships and alliances with artists and institutions.

  • Collaborated with development office to secure funding from international and local resources, as well as corporate and individual gifts.

  • Coordinated and produced print and digital communications material.

  • Managed team of 10, including exhibitions staff; managed annual budget.
